The Deanship of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the university organized an expanded meeting on Monday with first-level representatives from various academic departments. The meeting aimed to introduce them to their duties and their vital role in coordinating between the college and students, and to clarify student instructions and guidelines that contribute to the success of the educational process.

The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, who delivered a welcoming speech in which he emphasized the important role played by student representatives as a link between the administration and students. He emphasized the need to adhere to responsibility and convey the concerns and suggestions of their colleagues to achieve a more interactive educational environment.

 The Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance also participated in the meeting, along with the heads of the college's academic departments: Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi, Head of the Department of International Business Administration, and Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqqaf, Head of the Departments of Accounting and Finance and Banking. They provided guidance, introducing the delegates to academic work mechanisms and the importance of transparency in communicating feedback to ensure improved educational quality.

The meeting was attended by Eng. Osama Hezam, Activities Officer, the college's Academic Coordinator, and the coordinators of the various departments. They reviewed the most prominent organizational and administrative aspects related to the delegates' duties, emphasizing that this role reflects a positive image of the university student, aware of their responsibility towards their colleagues.

This meeting comes within the framework of the college's commitment to engaging students in the educational process and activating effective communication channels, which contributes to fostering a pioneering academic environment.
