Conclusion of the discussion of graduation projects and research papers for students of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences for the academic year 1446 AH (2024-2025 AD)

The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the Emirates International University concluded today, Sunday, the discussion sessions for graduation projects and research papers for students of the college for the academic year 1446 AH (2024-2025 AD). The sessions took place over the past two weeks in a serious academic atmosphere, reflecting the scholarly efforts exerted by students and faculty members alike.
The final day of the graduation research discussion sessions was attended by the University Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash; the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali; the Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi; the Head of the Department of Management Information Systems, Dr. Mukhtar Ghilan; the Head of the Department of Management Information Systems, Dr. Ashwaq Al-Jaboubi; the Head of the Department, Ms. Safaa Al-Bahloli; the research supervisors; and a number of college staff. A number of research papers from various fields were presented by the department's students. The discussions were characterized by liveliness and professionalism. The students presented scientific presentations of their research, supported by data and analysis. These were followed by an in-depth discussion that allowed the students to clarify their ideas and the recommendations they reached.
A number of projects were discussed as follows:
The first group presented their project: A study of creating an application to boycott Israeli goods and its impact on customer satisfaction. This project was submitted to fulfill the requirements for a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Submitted by students: Shahd Saif Al-Habishi, Asmaa Sami Al-Haidari, Masar Ali Al-Asbahi, Ummat Al-Rahman Saleh Al-Arasi, Anwal Arif Al-Asbahi, and Shaza Ali Al-Saidi. Supervised by: Professor Jamila Abdul-Wali Mahyoub and Professor Safaa Al-Bahloli.
The second group presented their project: Creating a Student Evaluation System for the Quality of the Educational Process. A Case Study: The Emirates International University. This project was submitted to fulfill the requirements for a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. The project was submitted by:
Ruwa Abdul-Karim Al-Jarafi, Ruwa Mohammed Al-Sabry, Reem Mohammed Obaid, Alia Sami Al-Nahdi, Haleya Nasr Al-Zaqri, and Ola Abdullah Al-Sallal. Supervised by: Ms. Jamila Al-Sharjabi.
The third group presented their project: Creating a construction application and platform for buying and selling building materials. This project was submitted to fulfill the requirements for a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences. The project was submitted by students: Abdullah Fahmy Al-Qadi, Ahmed Noufal Al-Muhair, Zakaria Mohammed Al-Junaid, Haroun Ahmed Al-Masoudi, Abdulrahman Jamal Al-Sufi, Hamza Mohammed Al-Zawiya, and Saleh Jarallah Al-Qawiri. It was supervised by Eng. Jamila Al-Sharjabi and Ms. Safaa Al-Bahnoni.
The fourth group presented their project: A Student Preparation System Using QR Codes. This project was submitted to fulfill the requirements for a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Department of Information Systems, College of Administrative and Financial Sciences. The project was submitted by students: Mohammed Ali Al-Sanbani, Ashraf Riyadh Sharaf Al-Qudsi, and Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Mujahid. It was supervised by Eng. Jamila Al-Sharjabi and Ms. Safaa Al-Bahloli.
The discussion and supervision committee consisted of Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali as examiner, Dr. Mukhtar Ghilan as examiner, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sabry, Dr. Ashwaq Al-Jaboubi, Eng. Jamila Al-Sharjabi, and Ms. Safaa Al-Bahloli.
Secretary-General Dr. Fouad Hanash, Dean of the College Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, and members of the discussion committees praised the quality of the submitted research, noting that it reflects a remarkable development in the students' academic achievement and research skills. They also emphasized the importance of this stage in honing students' skills and preparing them for the job market.
It is worth noting that these discussions are part of the graduation requirements and represent an important milestone in a student's university career, as they reflect their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to address real-life issues and provide practical solutions in their projects.
