1. Demonstrate scientific knowledge and principles of chemical, biomedical, microbiological, physiological, pathological, behavioral and other basic sciences related to the pharmacy profession.
2. Integrating knowledge of the basic sciences necessary for handling, disposal, preparation, composition, and total analysis of parenteral nutrition additives and the preparation of small volumes.
3. Provide pharmaceutical care in a professional, legal and ethical manner and based on basic concepts of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs, clinical conditions and patient needs related to medications.
4. Provide patient education, appropriate advice and advisory services on the safe, rational and cost-effective use of natural/synthetic medicines, complementary therapies (including phytotherapy) and over-the-counter products using supported professional protocols.
5. Demonstrate self-commitment to independent and lifelong learning by evaluating medical literature, and conducting pharmaceutical research in pharmacy settings to update knowledge and information.
6. Demonstrate the responsibilities and roles of the pharmacist in contributing to the community health care system taking into account pharmacovigilance, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacoepidemiological factors, and legal, ethical and professional rules.
7. Work as part of a team with self-confidence, interpersonal cooperation, communication skills, leadership, time management, professionalism, critical thinking, problem solving, entrepreneurship and decision-making ability.
8. Implement patient-centered care as a medication expert (collect and interpret evidence, identify medication-related problems and set priorities, formulate assessments and recommendations, implement, monitor and modify plans, and document activities).
9. Follow up on continuous updates regarding new treatment guidelines and regulations that have been introduced recently
10. Use evidence-based medicine to detect, prevent, and solve drug-related problems
