Upon successful completion of the Bachelor's Program in Medical Laboratory Medicine, graduates will be able to :
1. Demonstrate an understanding of biomedical sciences in the field of laboratory medicine .
2. Apply the knowledge they have acquired in biochemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, parasitology, and blood banking in laboratory investigations .
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the relationship between laboratory data and pathological processes, and how laboratory data relate to health and disease .
4. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills in laboratory diagnosis to make evidence-based decisions .
5. Communicate effectively and demonstrate professional competence in dealing with patients, their families, and other healthcare workers .
6. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical and moral standards related to examinations, and comply with government rules and regulations applicable to medical laboratories .
7. Conduct examinations and apply modern laboratory technology to interpret results efficiently and professionally .
8. Apply biorisk management and quality management measures .
9. Use their knowledge, laboratory training, and research skills to explore and respond to issues in medical science at various levels .
10. Engage in continuing education, self-study, and lifelong learning .
