Mechatronics Students Visit the Ard Saba Food Industries Factory

As part of the Emirates International University's commitment to enhancing practical education and linking academic knowledge to real-world applications, fourth-level Mechatronics Engineering students conducted a unique field visit to the Ard Saba Food Industries Factory.

 

The visit provided the students with a unique opportunity to explore an advanced industrial environment, where they toured various production departments and learned about the latest technologies used in manufacturing. They gained firsthand insight into the advanced tools and systems used in the maintenance and development of production lines. They also observed the various stages of work, from raw material preparation to packaging processes, with a focus on the integration of electronic and mechanical systems within the production cycle.

 

The visit included interactive sessions with factory engineers and technicians, during which the students discussed the challenges facing production processes and listened to an explanation of methods for increasing efficiency and improving quality using the latest mechatronics technologies.

 

 The students emphasized that this field experience provided them with a practical dimension and applied knowledge, enhancing their readiness for the job market and highlighting the importance of automation in supporting various industries.
