On Tuesday, students at the Emirates International University in Sana'a organized a special student art ceremony to bid farewell to the eighth class of graduates from the Biomedical Engineering Department for the academic year 1446 AH (2024-2025 AD). The ceremony was held in a festive atmosphere, filled with feelings of pride and appreciation for the fruits of their scientific efforts and academic journey.

 

At the opening ceremony, University President Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Muwafari delivered a speech in which he emphasized the university's commitment to preparing distinguished academic talents capable of effectively contributing to national development. He praised the students' determination and excellence despite the challenges they faced, and commended the efforts of the faculty and academic administrations who supported the graduates' progress.

 

 The ceremony was also attended by the Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hatem Al-Duais, who delivered a speech in which he expressed his pride in the university's academic achievements and remarkable development. He emphasized the importance of medical and engineering specialties in serving Yemen's future and praised the academic level of the graduates of the Medical Equipment Engineering Department.

 

The ceremony, which was attended by Dr. Mohammed Al-Alafi, Head of the Medical Equipment Engineering Department, and Engineer Osama Hazam, Activities Officer, included artistic performances, amidst great interaction from the attendees, including parents, students, and members of the academic and administrative staff.

 

This ceremony affirms the Emirates International University's commitment to its role in graduating specialized cadres in vital fields and its continued fostering of a stimulating educational environment that combines knowledge, creativity, and excellence.
