The Emirates International University Launches a Summer Training Program to Prepare Students for the Job Market

In a qualitative step that reflects its commitment to preparing its students for the job market and enhancing the practical aspects of the educational process, the Emirates International University launched this morning its summer training program, which accompanies the educational process and prepares students for the job market. The program targets male and female students from various academic disciplines.

The training program was inaugurated by the University President, Professor Nasser Hadi Al-Muwafari, and the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, in the presence of deans of colleges, heads of academic departments, and the head of the Training and Qualification Center. During the event, the launch of the first batch of the training program was announced, which began with the first session, titled "The Merchant and Money Changer Course," as one of the training tracks that combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications.

 In his speech during the launch, University President Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Muwafari emphasized that this program falls within the university's strategic vision aimed at bridging the gap between academics and labor market requirements. He noted that the university continuously strives to develop the capabilities of its students and provide them with the professional skills that qualify them to enter the workplace with confidence and competence.

The summer training program covers all academic disciplines, through a variety of practical courses organized by the university's Training and Qualification Center.

Following the launch, the University Secretary-General reviewed the progress of the first training course and met with the students in the training hall. He expressed his pride in the students' participation in such a distinguished program. He noted that the training program is designed to give students a competitive advantage in the labor market and provide them with practical skills that complement what they learn in the classroom.

This training program is an important step toward preparing graduates equipped with the experience and skills necessary to excel in the local and regional labor market.
