The Department of Medical Laboratories organizes a scientific visit for second-level students to Al-Zailai laboratories

 Today, Wednesday, the Department of Medical Laboratories at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the university organized a scientific visit for the students of the second level department to Al-Zailai Lab, accompanied by the department’s staff of teaching assistants, Dr. Ahmed Al-Feki and Dr. Safaa Darwish.

 The visit aimed to introduce students to the various specialized departments in Al-Zailai laboratories and the mechanism of work in them to achieve integration between what they receive at the university from a theoretical and practical aspect in the university's laboratories and laboratories, and what is happening in the specialized laboratories.

 The visit included the following departments: the reception and sample collection department, the viral diseases diagnosis department, the bacterial diseases diagnosis department, the parasitic diseases diagnosis department, the blood diseases diagnosis department, the biochemistry department, hormones and tumor markers. The students listened to a detailed explanation from the staff of the concerned departments about the work mechanism in each department.
