The Faculty of Dentistry at the University Enhances Academic Integration in its Periodic Meeting with Teaching Assistants

In its commitment to developing academic and clinical performance and strengthening the institutional work environment, the Faculty of Dentistry at the Emirates International University – Sana'a held its periodic meeting for teaching assistants (assistant faculty members) today, at the invitation of the Dean of the Faculty and in the presence of several of its academic and administrative leaders.

This meeting is part of the regular meetings held by the Faculty at the beginning of each semester, with the aim of strengthening communication and motivating teaching assistants to continue their dedication and excellence in their teaching and practical duties, which will positively impact the quality of the educational process and its outcomes.

The meeting included discussions on workflow mechanisms during the semester, organizing academic and clinical aspects, and reviewing a number of observations and proposals aimed at developing performance, enhancing discipline, and raising quality standards in academic and clinical work within the Faculty.

 At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean of the College emphasized the pivotal role of teaching assistants in supporting the educational process, stressing the importance of teamwork and adherence to regulations and instructions to contribute to achieving the College's mission and academic and professional goals.

The meeting was attended by the Head of the Pediatric Dentistry Department, Dr. Abdulqader Zabara; the Director of Teaching Clinics, Dr. Haitham Al-Kumaim; the College Coordinator, Dr. Azal Atef; and the College Quality Officer, Dr. Ahlam Al-Kumaim.
