Graduation research discussions continue for students in the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences

For the seventh consecutive day, the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences continues its graduation research discussion sessions for students for the academic year 1446 AH (2024-2025 AD). The sessions are held in a serious academic atmosphere, reflecting the scholarly efforts of both students and faculty members.
The seventh day of the graduation research discussion sessions witnessed the discussion of a number of research papers from the Department of International Business and Business Administration. The sessions were attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali; Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqqaf, Head of the Department of Accounting, Banking and Financial Sciences; Dr. Jabr Al-Sanabani, Head of the Department of Business Administration; and research supervisors. A range of research papers from various fields were presented by students in the department. The discussions were characterized by liveliness and professionalism, with students presenting scientific presentations of their research, supported by data and analysis. This was followed by an in-depth discussion that allowed students to clarify their ideas and recommendations.
A number of research papers were discussed in the Department of International Business Administration, as follows:
The first group presented their research entitled: The Impact of Organizational Commitment on Improving Banking Service Quality (A Case Study of the Yemeni Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the Capital Secretariat of Sana'a). This project was submitted to fulfill the requirements for a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration. The research was submitted by students: Hind Ahmed Abdul Raqib Noman, Jana Radwan Muqbil Al-Sanbani, Asmaa Mohammed Abdo Al-Ashawi, Elaf Bassam Ali Al-Jaboubi, Tasneem Mukhtar Abdul Bari Al-Sarouri, and Ziad Mohammed Mohammed Ali Suwar. The research was supervised by Dr. Jabr Abdul Qawi Al-Sanbani, Associate Professor of Business Administration at the United Arab Emirates University.
The second group, from the Department of Business Administration, presented their research entitled: The Impact of Organizational Climate on Institutional Performance: A Case Study of the Commercial Sector (Al-Gharasi Company). The research was submitted by students: Ahmed Khaled Al-Samah, Qasim Shawqi Fareh, Osama Qasim Al-Droubi, Hussein Ali Al-Faqih, Moein Ahmed Al-Marri, Bashar Khalil Al-Shaibani, Asim Abdullah Al-Karshmi, and Mohammed Nabil Haider. Supervised by Dr. Amani Al-Safari.
The third group from the Business Administration Department presented their research entitled: "The Role of Transformational Leadership in Achieving Administrative Creativity (A Case Study of the Sustainable Development Foundation)." The research was submitted by students: Abdulrahman Muhammad Al-Matari, Abdullah Turki Muhammad Al-Muhaya, Sakhr Khalid Nasser Al-Salmi, Saddam Hussein Ali Al-Harimi, and Mohsen Yahya Saleh Al-Azzi. It was supervised by Dr. Jabr Al-Sanbani.
The discussion and supervision committee consisted of Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali as examiner, Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqqaf as examiner, and Dr. Jabr Al-Sanbani as examiner and supervisor.
The members of the discussion committees praised the quality of the submitted research, noting that it reflects a significant development in the students' academic achievement and research skills. They also emphasized the importance of this stage in honing students' skills and preparing them for the job market.
It is worth noting that these discussions are part of the graduation requirements and represent an important milestone in a student's university career, as they reflect their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to address real-life issues and provide practical solutions in their projects.
