Graduation research discussions for students in the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences continue for the second week

Graduation research discussion sessions for students in the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences for the academic year 1446 AH (2024-2025 AD) continue for the second week. The sessions are held in a serious academic atmosphere, reflecting the scholarly efforts of both students and faculty members.

The sixth day of the graduation research discussion sessions witnessed the discussion of several research papers from the Department of International Business Administration in Arabic/English. The discussions were attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali; Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi, Head of the Department of International Business Administration; Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqqaf, Head of the Department of Accounting, Finance, and Banking; and members of the specialized scientific discussion committees and research supervisors. A range of research papers from various fields presented by students in the department were presented. The discussions were characterized by liveliness and professionalism. Students presented scientific presentations of their research, supported by data and analysis, followed by an in-depth discussion that allowed students to clarify their ideas and recommendations.

 A number of research papers were discussed in the Department of International Business Administration, as follows:

The first group presented their research entitled: The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Achieving Competitive Advantage (A Case Study of the Yemeni Omani Telecommunications Company). The research was submitted by students: Ahmed Amin Ahmed Shaya, Mohammed Ahmed Mutahhar Al-Wajeeh, Abdul Latif Mohammed Alawi Al-Habishi, Mohammed Saeed Hassan Al-Maamari, Akram Ali Mohammed Al-Haimi, Mohammed Abdul Wahab Mohsen Saree, Abdullah Ali Awad Al-Ashwal, and Mohammed Faisal Ali Al-Qafaf, and was supervised by Professor Dr. Abdullah Ali Ahmed Al-Qurashi.

The second group presented their research entitled: The Impact of Core Competencies on the Orientation Toward International Business (A Case Study of the Yemenia Airlines Company in Sana'a, Yemen). The research was submitted by students: Duaa Ahmed Nasser Mansour Al-Matari, Laila Taher Abdul-Ilah Ahmed Hilan, Hanan Mohammed Ahmed Hussein Al-Hasani, Shumoukh Mohammed Taher Nasser Haidera, and Maram Naji Ali Ahmed Masoud, and was supervised by Professor Dr. Abdullah Ali Ahmed Al-Qurashi.

 The third group presented their research entitled: "The Impact of Marketing Strategies on Organizational Performance (A Case Study of the Bank of Yemen and Kuwait in the Capital Secretariat, Sana'a)." The research was submitted by students: Balqis Abdul Hakim Al-Awlaqi, Hana Abdul Malik Al-Qabati, Hind Abdul Rahman Taha, Hanan Muhammad Maasar, Falak Khaled Al-Hamad, and Weam Abdullah Al-Saeedi. It was supervised by Professor Muhammad Al-Ra'awi.

The fourth group presented their research entitled: "The Impact of Marketing Innovation on Corporate Performance." The research was submitted by students: Mahmoud Al-Shaibani, Salim Al-Shawafi, Muhammad Al-Ariqi, Ahmed Maqola, Hashed Al-Himyari, and Laith Al-Hadi. It was supervised by Dr. Muhammad Al-Ruqai.

The fifth group presented their research entitled: "E-Business Analysis on Business Performance." The research was submitted by students: Ahmed Muhammad Salah Al-Hamidi, Sakhr Saeed Muqbil Al-Hamadi, Awad Mahfouz Barak Kharz, Ibrahim Khaled Yasser, Muhammad Abdullah Ahmed Al-Harazi, and Ali Abdullah Al-Muqali. It was supervised by Professor Muhammad Al-Ra'awi.

 The discussion and supervision committee consisted of Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi as supervisor, Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqqaf as examiner, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali as examiner, Mr. Mohammed Al-Raawi as supervisor, Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi as examiner, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali as examiner, and Mr. Jaber Al-Shami as external examiner.

The members of the discussion committees praised the quality of the submitted projects, noting that most of them reflect a significant development in the students' academic achievement and research skills. They also emphasized the importance of this stage in honing students' skills and preparing them for the job market.

It is worth noting that these discussions are part of the graduation requirements and represent an important milestone in a student's university career, as they reflect their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to address real-life issues and provide practical solutions in their projects.
