Graduation research discussions for students in the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences continue for the fifth consecutive day

For the fifth consecutive day, the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences continues its graduation research discussion sessions for students for the academic year 1446 AH (2024-2025 AD). The sessions are held in a serious academic atmosphere, reflecting the scholarly efforts of both students and faculty members.

 

The fifth day of graduation research discussion sessions witnessed the discussion of several research projects from the Department of Business Administration, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali; Dr. Muhammad Al-Rahbi, the College's Academic Adviser; and members of the relevant academic discussion committees. A number of projects from the department's students were presented in various fields. The discussions were characterized by liveliness and professionalism, as students presented scientific presentations of their research, supported by data and analysis. This was followed by an in-depth discussion that allowed students to clarify their ideas and the recommendations they reached.

 

 A number of research papers were discussed in the Department of Public Business Administration, as follows:

 

The first group presented their research entitled: The Impact of E-Government on Effective Recruitment of Human Resources Professionals (A Case Study of TeleYemen in the Republic of Yemen). The research was submitted by students: Mohammed Khaled Al-Habishi, Salah Hussein Al-Mashdali, Ibrahim Khalil Al-Baidhani, Al-Muayyad Taher Al-Shaibani, Osama Abdullah Al-Amri, Osama Noman Al-Wasabi, and Adnan Awad Al-Makhzoumi. It was supervised by Dr. Mohammed Al-Rahbi.

 

The second group presented their research entitled: The Impact of Human Resources Information Systems on Improving the Quality of Administrative Services in Private Companies in Yemen. (An Applied Study on a Sample of Private Companies in Yemen). The research was submitted by students: Sultan Ali, Fouad Al-Awadhi, Bashar Al-Tamimi, Hussam Silan, Marwan Al-Hawri, Mohammed Al-Hakami, Sameh Ghaleb, and Ahmed Al-Dabai. It was supervised by Dr. Mohammed Al-Rahbi.

 

The third group presented their research entitled: The Impact of Digital Transformation on International Human Resources Management. (A case study of Kamran Limited for Industry and Investment in the Capital Secretariat). The research was submitted by students: Yahya Ahmed Yahya Al-Gharbani, Ammar Wahid Abdullah Dawood, Osama Abdul Wahab Ali Pasha, Ayman Muhammad Ahmed Al-Hamdani, and Tawfiq Muhammad Othman Murshid. It was supervised by Dr. Muhammad Al-Rahbi.

 

The discussion committee consisted of Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, Dr. and Dr. Amani Al-Safari, and the research supervisor, Dr. Muhammad Al-Rahbi.

 

The discussion committee members praised the quality of the submitted projects, noting that most of them reflected a significant development in the students' academic achievement and research skills. They also emphasized the importance of this stage in honing students' skills and preparing them for the job market.

 

It is worth noting that these discussions are part of the graduation requirements and represent an important milestone in a student's university career, as they reflect their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to address real-life issues and provide practical solutions in their projects.
